A few pix from our special Christmas...

On Christmas Eve, we had our great traditional Italian dinner and celebration at Aunt Robyn & Uncle Darold's house. It was a great evening with dinner for 23 and more food and presents than can be imagined! Darold did a neat job building a table to go over the new pool table in the living room, and we had a delightful evening of connection, food, family, and love.
Here are the pix from Christmas Eve ...

The next morning, we had our traditional wonderful Christmas at home with all the boys...
We started the morning (as always) by reading the story of Christ's birth from the Bible,
Opened presents, ate cinnamon rolls with egg nog, played, and had our Christmas ham
(this year with a batch of cheesy potatoes and fresh veggies)
We veered from tradition and did not go to a movie (because of the Christmas snow),
And added a new "tradition" of new pajamas as we had heard from many of our Wednesday night teens that new PJs were special memories they had of Christmas.
And now for the pix of Christmas Morn...

Our tree with the new angel that flaps it wings and has all sorts of lights ... New pajama pants from Old Navy ... Stockings ... A wine cooler from Ryan & Drew ... Tools for the teens ... Master of ceremonies, box opener, paper container, and beloved father ... A new zumi coat and snowball makers ... And snow to use it on! It kept coming and coming and coming! Beloved Miss Ashleigh ...
