What's Up, Goofballs?: Boating at Lake Glendo

We had a great long weekend at Lake Glendo in Wyoming ~
We got home late Sunday and fell in bed exhausted at midnight!

Here are some of our pix from the weekend ~

And Julie did as well ~ but it was really rough out there
so Julie's worked better like body surfing :)

Here's Bailey having her first adventure waterskiing ~

And Sam tried his wings on the skis as well ~
with the great helpers of Robyn & Dave
(who launched many, many, many kiddos this weekend!)

And this next picture proves that after all those water adventures,
the whole family lived to tell about it!
Emily & Cricket were great boat guests,
but they weren't too happy when their mamma was in the water!!

At the muddy river inlet,
the kiddos got out to feel how strong the current was,
and Aunt Robyn was right there to save them!

Sean was a huge waterskier this weekend ~
he was up skiing at least a dozen times...
and he even perfected the art of keeping his hair dry on landing
(he's always loved how Darold & Robyn have done that) ...

Mom & Sean ~ tubing fiends (I did a whole lot of screaming!!)

** The first time Sean & I tubed together was at Lake Pueblo
when I was 6 or 7 months pregnant with the little tyke ~
He's grown up on the water :~) **

Man, his hands are as big as mine now!
