Day 7 ~ Wicked Wednesday 8/2

Hey Guys –

I hope things are going well in Colorado. I've got a couple prayer requests for you guys. It's been a pretty tough day. If somebody could maybe post this on the forums I would appreciate it, and I know the team would appreciate the prayers. So…

1. MEGAN – Megan just got through a pretty rough asthma attack that lasted probably an hour. She keeps a nebulizer with her for emergencies but we somehow lost it between the airport and the bus. So in the event of an asthma attack, she doesn't have the medication or the nebulizer that she would normally use to get through a rough attack. So please prayer for protection against any more asthma attacks.

2. STEVE – Steve has an infection in his foot and missed half a day today and will probably stay home part of tomorrow. Not sure how, but he probably had some kind of cut in his foot and maybe through some dirty water got some bacteria into the cut. Now it's red all over and kind of swelling. He was up most of last night coughing, threw up a little, and went back and forth between being too hot and having chills.

3. BRITTANY - In addition to all of that, Brittany had a rough day today with some really bad stomach pain. That seems to be almost gone. The rest of the team is doing well physically but there's some serious emotional and spiritual stress as a result of all of this.

There's no doubt in my mind that we're up against some major spiritual attack. So please pray against spiritual warfare. Please pray that we would stay rested and that those of us who are healthy would remain healthy. Please pray that those who aren't healthy would get better quickly.

God brought us here for a reason and we refuse to let these circumstances get in the way of that. Our God is stronger than the enemy that is opposing us. Otherwise – this has been a great trip so far. There will be plenty of great things to tell about later, but for now please lift up these needs, and feel free to pass this on.
