An effective leader’s skill-set will ensure all priorities are addressed (even those that aren’t personal favorites), including quality product and service; consistent and effective communication; investment in relationships; pursuit of change, growth and expansion opportunities; strong mentoring and delegating; and efficient, effective management, administration, and financial operations.
