For Memorization ... Summer 2007 ... Per Dan's Challenge
Oh loving God, have mercy on me.
Only you can pardon me from my sins,
All of which are fully against you.
These sins reveal how right You are
to hold us accountable to Our Mighty God.

You want the best for me, You teach me wisdom,
You cleanse me, and through your grace and mercy,
You return my joy and happiness.
.
Create in me a pure heart, oh God
and renew a right spirit within me.
Don’t cast me from your presence
or take your Holy Spirit from me.
Instead restore me.
Your love, mercy, and forgiveness from eternal suffering
will allow me to sing your praises to others
who are searching for you.

The only worthy thing I can bring to You
is my grateful and worshipping heart.
And You desire to use this purified heart
to stir in my family and friends
a powerful attraction and love for You.
So Lord, please humble me to truly sacrifice my heart to You.
