I think this is quite elegant ... it is a 2 minute quiz through a news channel website using a tool established by public radio to gather your views on various issues and cross match them to all the presidential candidates so you find the ones whose views most directly match your own. Of course the tool doesn't measure character, leadership, or experience (which are arguably more important virtues for the president than their match with your opinions about what should be done with iraq, healthcare, and immigration) but nonetheless it is very easy & insightful glimpse into the race.
